The cashew export market has cooled down after many buyers left. The number of signed contracts in the last week was not much.
Currently, the price of cashew nut has leveled off. The number of offers in the market is also limited. The offer price of WW320 cashew nut from BRC packers is fluctuating around 3.20 usd/lb.
According to many reports, West African cashew crop output this year is estimated to be about 10% higher than in 2024. In addition, this year's Cambodian output is estimated to reach over 1,100,000 tons (Cambodia has exported about 950,000 tons of raw cashew nuts to Vietnam in 8 months of 2025).
According to recorded information, Tanzania Government begin to auction 2025 raw material in mid-October.
Below are the reference prices of raw materials:
• Cambodia: 1,880 USD/ton, 52lbs outturn
• Vietnamese: 1,650 USD/ton, 51lbs outturn.
• Indonesia: 1,635 USD/ton, 51lbs outturn.
• Ivory Coast: 1,340 to 1,610 USD/ton, 43 - 50lbs outturn
