The export market of cashew nuts is still desolated. Only a few transactions have been done for prompt or nearby demands.
The export price of cashew nuts has decreased slightly due to the lack of buyers. Currently, WW320 from BRC packers is fluctuating from 3.15 – 3.20 usd/lb and WW240 about 3.25 usd/ lb.
The domestic market became bustling again as from early of the week. The domestic price of WW320 cashew nuts is being traded from $2.95 - $3.05/lb, depending on quality.
The prices of raw material are still maintained at high levels. The raw cashew market seems to be operating independently and unrelated to the cashew kernel market.

• Bissau: 1,630 usd/ ton, 51lbs outturn, 215 nuts
• Ghana: 1,560 usd/ ton, 50lbs outturn, 200 nuts
• IVC: 1,510 usd/ ton, 48lbs outturn, 200 nuts
• Togo: 1,450 usd/ ton, 46lbs outturn, 200 nuts
