The export cashew kernel market is still desolated. The number of buyers on the market is not much. There are only a few buying demands for short-term delivery.
Currently, the price of WW320 fluctuates from 3.20 – 3.25 usd/lb and WW240 from 3.35 – 3.40 usd/lb, depending on quality.
Trading companies are buying cashew kernels in domestic market. The trading price for W320 is about $3.15 and W240 is about $3.30/lb.
After a few unseasonal rains in early March, the weather conditions in Vietnam and Cambodia have normalized now. The hot season started with temperatures are forecasted to reach to 37 - 38°C next week.
Based on the INC report, global cashew production of the 2025/2026 season is expected to reach approximately 6.4 million tons, an increase of about 16% compared to the 2024/2025 season.
